This helps us come better prepared when we arrive. Sometimes, we do not even need to get the service repair scheduled and can take care of the issue at inspection!
    
2. Collecting Your Info & Scheduling - At the end of the call, we’ll gather your contact details, address, and schedule a convenient day for your inspection and service.
    
3. Clear Communication - Whether you prefer a call or text, we’ll keep you updated. If anything changes with our arrival time—whether we can come earlier or need to adjust for a delay—you’ll know right away.

         4. Inspection Fee: $75 - Covers the initial assessment of your wildlife issue. The best part? It will be applied toward any services rendered, so you’re not paying extra - it goes directly toward the solution.

Our Exclusion Repair Services seal intrusion areas to prevent re-entry such as, Chimney Caps & Screens, Foundation Cracks, Plumbing, Dryer, Stove, & Bathroom Exhaust Vents, Soffit Gaps, Entry Points in Roof & Fascia, Exterior Holes in Siding. Installation of Barriers at the foundation to prevent to prevent Burrowing Rodents (Mice, Rats, Groundhogs) from digging under the structure.

1. INSPECTION - A thorough inspection of the area to determine the extent of infestation identifying entry and exit areas, including assessing damage.
2. HUMANE TRAPPING - If needed, set up humane traps to capture the nuisance animals; Traps are typically baited with food to attract the animal; It may take a few days to catch them, our Wildlife Technician will return to perform the checks. 
3. REMOVAL - Once the animal(s) are trapped, we will carefully remove the trapped animal from the property. Do not attempt yourself!
4. EXCLUSION - To prevent future infestations, our Wildlife Removal Professional will identify and seal off any entry points or potential access areas that they may use to enter the property. 
5. SANITATION & CLEANUP - Nuisance animals leave behind droppings and odors that are unpleasant harmful. We will clean and sanitize the affected areas to eliminate any remaining odor or potential health risks.
6. PREVENTION - 

• Sealing off all entry points. 
• Secure attic and crawlspace access

REMEDIATION & RESTORATION - Remove nests, bedding, and all soiled materials (Vapor Barrier, Insulation, etc)
